First time mailers need to fill out PS Form 3623 as well as also send a letter on your stationary to the post office, allowing you to use your non-profit status at our mailing house.

If you are using the non-profit status of another Chabad Mosad but were never authorized to use it with your name, you're likely to have difficulties receiving non-profit rates through our mailer/post office.  Regular bulk rates are approximately $0.10/piece more than the non-profit rates.

As of the summer of 5767, non-profit bulk rates were approximately $0.265/piece.  These prices are for the small calendars; The larger calendars were somewhat pricier.
