Print jobs will generally be ready to ship within seven business days of final approval. If your order is not ready to ship (to your address, or to the mailing house) by then, we will deduct 5% off your printing bill. If your order is delayed more, we will continue to deduct an additional 1% of the remaining sum for every business day until your order is ready to ship.
Orders approved after 3pm, or on Fri-Sun, will be considered submitted the next business day.
