Preparing your calendar: You will have several options options have changed from last year so please read carefully:Option #1 (For pros only):
You
receive: 32-page file template which
will include a low resolution copy of our
calendar placed in the background as a guide. Halachic times calculated
for your area will also be included.
Your job: Personalize as you please, then delete
the background, print to "press quality" PDF and upload to us on our webpage.
File format received: Publisher (2003/2007); Quark (6 or 7);
File format to submit to us: High
resolution PDF with fonts embedded and pages laid out properly. Check out
our F.A.Q. page for info on how to prepare the PDF file properly.

Option #2:
You
receive: 32-page file template which

Your job: Personalize as you please
and email or upload the file to us. We will then convert it to the
PDF format for you.
You'll
need to have a comfortable knowledge of your Desktop Publishing software
(Publisher, Quark),
and a knowledge of how to work with graphs.
Your deadline will be earlier (see
deadlines page). You will be
able to use any fonts you wish as long as you have them on your computer
and know how to copy them and
send them to us if requested.
File
format you'll received: Your choice
of Publisher (XP/2003/2007); Quark (6, 7).
File format submitted to us:
Same as received.
Price: $100.00.
Recommended: Intermediate expertise with
Desktop Publishing and scanning.
More time than $$.
Option #3: Work with our graphic
designer to personalize your calendar. Price depends on how much work
you'll need, but can be as low as $350.00 (Price will be
negotiated between you and our designer. We take no responsibility for

Recommended:
Minimum hassle for you. Great option for most people but allow extra time when working
with a graphic designer.
Option #4: Work with your own graphic designer. Receive the templates in Publisher or Quark, and give back to us a PDF file with the backgrounds deleted as in option #1.
Proofs:
We will
prepare a digital (PDF) proof for you which will combine your artwork with a
background of our calendar. This is what your final product will look
like. We will not go to print until you approve of the proof we sent.
